I am outdoor and adrenaline junkie! I love to run, mountain bike, hike, backpack and drive my kids crazy! I have been playing competive sport since I was a kid. College baseball, football and soccer. I have 2 years of Brazilian Ju Jitsu along with many years of Tae Kwon Do as a kid.
As a Fireman I started Crossfitting about 3 years ago in the fire station. Then became a level 1 CF trainer 2 years ago. Crossfit and proper nutrition have have changed my outlook on life. Together they have changed my fitness level and have given me the ability to be fit for life. I have the ability and am fit to do what ever I want in life with a high performance output. I have taken a special interest in olympic lifting and am working toward meeting many personal records in those lifts.
I believe the route to do anything you want in life fitness , cannot be accomplished without nutrition, strength training along with metabolic conditioning. Understanding the balance between the 3 will allow you to do what ever you need in life.
